640 North Wells is one of the most anticipated Multifamily High Rise buildings in Chicago. Developer and fund provider JDL responded to the Prism TFL Sawcut Texture right away as a unique finish that could enhance the interiors of their building. Hartshorne Punkard Architecture (HPA) encouraged the combination of our Sawcut texture on tightly structured, lineal patterns, Concrete Groovz and Zambucca. This winning combination mirrors the high end contemporary feel of the building.
